Utopian Hammer is a space for cultural and political analysis from a perspective informed by the likes of Karl Marx, Roland Barthes and Theodor Adorno. I am a second year masters student studying musicology at Salford University. The aim of this blog is to refine my writing skills and build a portfolio to enter into the world of freelance writing, whilst also creating a space for full creative freedom.
